The refelction in the window is good enough, the tree look's the bussines, but the texture for the concrete is a bit of and unbalances the scene, i do 3d modeling for an architectel company and it look's like your bump map is standing to low, or you just used the wrong texture their, if I where you I would ajust it and render under higher resolution! good luck
